• All fonts to be embedded
• Images to be 300dpi at 100% scaling
• Colour mode to be CMYK
• Bleeds to be 3mm from the edge of the document
• If there are bleeds, include trim marks on a larger paper size
• Fold marks to be included (from 3mm away from the document edge to 8mm)
• No security features enabled on the PDF file.

• If native files are provided, all fonts and images must also be supplied.
• DPA PDF settings can be provided to load into Acrobat Distiller so that the PDF produced will be compatible with our systems. This will create less errors and create a faster turnaround
